· Plan coverage includes the network and the various brands PCs, printers, and other connected components.

· Use your plan coverage for any thing you need: Maintenance, problem solving, repairs, upgrades, moves, expansions, and user support.

*Total Care plans start at a fixed rate of $59. per month. Plans are one year in term.  Prepayment discount applies. We do an on site survey with you to list the devices to be included. Based on your needs, a plan is selected with a stated number of hours of services, plus telephone support. Applicable taxes are extra.

The hardware and operating system software is supported. S W application support is available by separate arrangement. Hardware or materials t hat are needed are extra. Service response is provided during business hours with in 24 hour s. Other response level arrangements are available.
